About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
Train and mentor installation helpers and junior technicians
Complete system startups, testing, and final inspections
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in the field
Maintain accurate job documentation and paperwork
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Previous Lead Installer experience preferred
Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and best practices
Experience with split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, duct modifications, and indoor air quality products
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
