Responsibilities: Promoting independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure. Facilitate resident’s inclusion in the community's experiences and activities. Maintaining knowledge of residents’ requirements. Complying with the facility’s policies and procedures. Maintaining documentation in compliance with company procedures. Locations served throughout Maricopa County include Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Buckeye, Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Apache Junction, etc.! Requirements: The following are requirements for the DSP Position: Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Negative Tb Test Result (within the past year). Certification in First Aid & CPR (Must include: Adult, Child & Infant). Valid Driver License. Current Auto Insurance. Thirty-Nine (39) Month Driving Record (Uncertified). Proof of Education. Social Security Card or Valid Passport.
