• 100% outpatient primary care practice
• Up to 20 patients per day in value-based HMO model
• On-site lab and X-ray services for comprehensive care

Compensation

• Ranges from $300,000 to $309,000 annual
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
• Equity opportunity available after 5 years of service

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible hours: choose from 32, 36, or 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday schedule with minimal call (3 weeks per year)
