Program Manager

Becton Dickinson & Co

Program Manager position driving execution and coordination of major distribution network optimization projects. Role involves managing project schedules, budgets, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder reporting while supporting global operations across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities

Maintain master project schedules, budgets, and governance using standard project management tools
Coordinate communication between cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-region team members via dashboards and regular updates
Manage project risks, mitigation plans, and resource allocation to support strategic implementation
Track global product demand versus capacity versus project schedule; escalate gaps to leadership
Lead technical transfer processes, change management, and knowledge transfer activities across project phases

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
Minimum 6 years progressive supply chain operations leadership experience
Minimum 3 years managing projects in distribution, supply chain, or program management roles in biotech/pharma/device/diagnostic industries
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change in global business environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels
Analytical and problem-solving skills including financial analyses and risk mitigation
Ability to work effectively across different cultures and manage exempt-level personnel
