About Our Client

A leading Chicago-based contractor specializing in light industrial facilities, including warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. Known for strong client relationships and high-quality project delivery.

Job Description

- Lead multiple light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and internal teams
- Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and project documentation
- Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of construction project management experience
Light industrial or similar construction experience
Strong understanding of drawings, scheduling, and project financials
Excellent communication and leadership skills
