Data Engineer

Data Engineering Manager Overview Seeking a technical leader to oversee enterprise data solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and deliver scalable platforms that support analytics and business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead data engineering projects from design through implementation Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions Mentor technical team members and promote development best practices Partner with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions Improve automation, data quality, and operational efficiency Maintain technical documentation, governance, and standards Requirements 6+ years of data engineering or data platform experience 2+ years of technical leadership or project management experience Strong experience with data integration, modeling, and automation Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern cloud-based data environments Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Experience leading enterprise data initiatives Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or business intelligence solutions Experience with cloud platforms and distributed data processing Benefits Lead high-impact data initiatives Opportunity to mentor a growing technical team Collaborative environment with strong ownership and growth potential Compensation & Benefits Salary range for this role is noted in the job posting.
