Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)Location: Shepherdsville, KY
Pay Range: $21.00/hr. Shifts available: 1st shift 3:00am - 1:00pm; Monday - Thursday (10 hour shifts) What’s the Job?
- Processes shipping or receiving documentation
- Physically receives, stores, packages, labels, and ships freight
- Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation including the effective use of staff
- Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management
- May utilize barcode scanning equipment
- Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Bilingual is required! (Spanish/English)
- Experience operating a forklift/cherry picker is PREFERRED
- Must be able to communicate and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable own transportation
- Current Resume
- Weekly Pay
- Overtime available
