Manufacturing Assembler

Verstela is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler for a leading manufacturer of radiator and cooling systems in Kenosha, WI. Our client specializes in manufacturing radiator and cooling systems for industrial applications.

As a Manufacturing Assembler 1st Shift, you will help assemble high-quality products while supporting safe and efficient production operations in a clean and organized manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Review work orders and assemble radiator, frame, and fan components for final assembly and shipping
Fit structural components to radiator assemblies using measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
Assemble core and tank components to frame and fan assemblies and prepare finished products for shipping
Inspect assembled products to ensure manufacturing and quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production work environment

Schedule:

1st Shift: MondayFriday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday; 1:30 pm - 12:00 am
Must be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Manufacturing Assembler Requirements:

6+ months of assembly, machine operation, or related manufacturing experience
Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
