IT Field Service TechnicianJob Duties:Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.Maintain daily performance of computer systems.Walk customer through problem-solving process.Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.Install computer peripherals for users.Purchase/ Install, Configure IT Devices (Network, POS, Each Department)User education for POS system, Office desktop.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsKorean speakingJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT Engineering or TechnologyCompTIA A+ (Preferred)Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, FamiliarityIf interested please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
