Finance & Front Desk Manager for Residential Community

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Business Office Manager to lead the community business office, front desk, and records. You will oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and leases, while guiding staff in daily operations and ensuring confidential handling of resident information. The role includes serving as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director and coordinating benefits and training for team members.
