Role Objective:

Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking an attorney with a MINIMUM of 4-8 years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation experience to join our growing team. Primary office location and bar admissions are flexible.

Preferred Experience:

The ideal candidate will have insurance coverage experience in multiple areas, including:

• Commercial lines experience strongly preferred over personal lines experience.
• General Liability Insurance
• Commercial Umbrella
• Commercial Excess Insurance
• Experience defending a variety of Civil Litigation matters is a plus.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation
• Experience with counseling insurance companies about insurance matters.
• Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation.
• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions and trial preparation is preferred.
