Requirements and Job Duties:

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and manufacturing environment
• Ability to use hand tools and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Steel toe or composite toe footwear required
• Cleanroom experience is preferred
• Process and clean semiconductor parts using chemicals, grinders, and sandblasting equipment
• Operate hand tools and follow established production procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and contamination control standards
• Ensure accuracy and quality through strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors
• Stand, bend, and stoop throughout 8-hour shifts as part of daily operations
