CDL-A OTR Drivers – Steady Miles, Friday Pay, U.S.-Based Dispatch

Load Monster Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers who want steady miles, honest dispatch, and a company that respects drivers.

We are a family-run carrier based in Rolling Meadows, IL, with an experienced U.S.-based dispatch team, dry van freight, and a straightforward approach: run safe, run legal, communicate well, and get paid every Friday.

What We Offer:

$1,650–$2,750 weekly take-home potential.
Around 3,000 legal miles weekly.
Home every two weeks.
Paid every Friday by direct deposit.
100% no-touch dry van freight.
No forced dispatch.

Manual 10-speed and automatic trucks available.
Experienced U.S.-based dispatch team.
Safety and compliance first.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Clean driving record.
Must pass drug screening.
Must meet FMCSA requirements.
