Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform and develop effective and meaningful treatment strategies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs, using evidence-based methodologies aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional stability.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as required to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.

• Engage in regular case consultation with team members to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with diverse adult clientele, along with children and adolescents. As a therapist, you will be expected to adjust your approaches and techniques based on the unique needs and backgrounds of individuals you serve, facilitating a respectful and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare with a deep empathy for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations, demonstrating progressive responsibility in a therapeutic context.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
