We're hiring a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual — English/Spanish) — a great fit if you want real, resume-ready experience without sacrificing your class schedule. POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains a pipeline through high-activity outreach and targeted social selling , with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings . You'll research accounts, tailor outreach, log activity in the CRM, and schedule appointments — serving as the bridge between first contact and the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach & Pipeline Building

• High-Volume Outreach: Turn quick phone, email, and social touches into real conversations that lead to qualified meetings. (Paid training and proven scripts included.)
• Messaging & Nurture: Craft short, scroll-stopping messages and follow-ups. Test subject lines, call openers, and DMs to see what converts.
• Social Selling: Research the right contacts on LinkedIn and Instagram, personalize your approach, and start authentic conversations — never spam.

Appointment Setting & CRM

• Appointment Setting (Primary Win): Book the win. Qualify interest and schedule high-value appointments for the sales team, capturing clean notes in the CRM so hand-offs are smooth.
• Pipeline Management: Own your dashboard. Track activity, follow-ups, and progress toward goals — and turn metrics into resume-ready wins.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing — share what's working, request creative assets, and see your ideas tested live in real campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking business owners and decision-makers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking
• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to goals
• Skilled in using social media as a business tool
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Plus: Prior sales/marketing/customer -facing experience; CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce)
