Associate Manager

Summary The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to build a profitable store business. The role helps deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop talent, and maintain operational excellence while upholding brand standards. Responsibilities Analyze business trends and support strategic planning, sales, and profit initiatives. Support client development and community outreach strategies. Recruit, coach, and develop team members to deliver the store vision. Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and execution of standards. Promote new selling technologies and provide feedback on business trends and opportunities. Requirements Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting or climbing as required, and to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel.
