We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our marketing and growth initiatives. Role Summary The Head of Marketing & Growth will be a pivotal leader responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for Atlas Oracle. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend brand marketing, product positioning, and data‑driven growth tactics. You will work directly with the CEO to elevate Atlas Oracle's brand presence, articulate our competitive advantages, and drive the adoption of our oracle solutions across the DeFi ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning Brand Narrative Development: Craft and refine the Atlas Oracle brand story, emphasizing our affiliation with CoinMarketCap and our position as a first‑party data originator. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels that highlights our unique differentiators. Competitive Positioning: Monitor the oracle landscape (e.g., Chainlink, RedStone, Pyth) using DeFi Llama to identify market gaps and develop targeted messaging that addresses DeFi protocol pain points. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of high‑impact technical and business content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical deep‑dives. Growth & Acquisition (TVS Expansion) Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Execution: Design and execute GTM campaigns tailored to BNB Chain native protocols, newly launching DeFi projects, and mid‑tier lending platforms to accelerate adoption of our self‑service portal. Demand Generation: Implement data‑driven acquisition strategies across digital channels, social media, and crypto‑native communities to drive qualified leads to the Business Development team. Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with L1/L2 ecosystems, particularly BNB Chain and opBNB, establishing Atlas Oracle as the preferred infrastructure provider through co‑marketing initiatives. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Sales Collateral Development: Equip the BD team with pitch decks, battle cards, and objection‑handling guides. Product Launch Campaigns: Lead marketing efforts for new feature releases, such as the hybrid push/pull oracle model, translating technical specifications into clear benefits. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community of developers, protocol founders, and DeFi enthusiasts with AMAs, workshops, and hackathon sponsorships. Analytics & Performance Measurement Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs related to brand awareness, lead generation, and Total Value Secured (TVS) growth. Market Intelligence: Use DeFi Llama and SimilarWeb to track competitor TVS and market share shifts, providing regular insights to the executive team. Qualifications & Experience Industry Expertise: Proven experience in marketing or growth roles within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure sectors. Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful go‑to‑market strategies for technical products. Technical Fluency: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, such as TWAP calculations and cryptographic security models, to diverse audiences. Data‑Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to translate market data and campaign metrics into actionable growth strategies.
