The Opportunity

• Structured Path to Growth: Our Junior Financial Advisor Development Program is designed for early-career professionals. Through formal training, weekly development sessions, and mentorship, you'll build the foundation needed to grow into a full Financial Advisor.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related Field preferred
• Willingness to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (sponsorship provided)
• Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and team members
• Motivated, collaborative, and coachable, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in helping others reach their goals
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
