Crisis Case Manager - Behavioral Health

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Case Manager in Tucson, Arizona, responsible for managing care of individuals in crisis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health and hold an Associate’s degree. Responsibilities include treatment planning, coordinating care with a treatment team, and documenting patient activities.
