Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and building relationships-this is a great opportunity to launch (or grow) your sales career in the fast-paced telecommunications industry.

In this role, you'll take ownership of your own territory and customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include:

• Connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls and inbound leads
• Guiding residential customers through the sales process from first conversation to installation
• Presenting our fiber and wireless services in a clear, compelling way
• Preparing quotes, agreements, and service recommendations
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and retain customers over time
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Keeping accurate records of your sales activity and pipeline

You'll also have opportunities to represent the company at community events and build your local network.

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (retail, entry-level sales, or similar) is preferred. Experience in telecommunications sales preferred.
• Confidence communicating with customers and closing deals
• Strong organization and follow-through
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
