Role and Responsibility
Provide production support to Pega applications
Works in conjunction with Leads and resolve the tickets within SLA and produce RCA
Familiar with ITIL process, Agile working
Work independently, with minimal guidance & supervision
Demonstrates good knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
Participates in the production implementation of Pega application module & configuring business applications using Pega PRPC.
Follow the Agile process and participate in agile ceremonies
Experience and Skills:
5+ years of production support experience in Pega applications
Good experience in Incident handling, root cause analysis, problem management tickets & Production support SLAs
Should have a good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including SQL
Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
Should be Pega CSSA certified
