Sales Account Manager - Lending & Insurance

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to support business development efforts and maintain relationships with lending institutions and related partners.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines account management, client relationship building, and business development experience with knowledge of insurance, lending operations, and title-related processes.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Work Schedule: 1st Shift

Compensation: $55k annually + bonuses

Responsibilities:

Track customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and account activity tracking.
Coordinate activities related to lending insurance and title-related services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions and industry partners.
Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage existing client accounts while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships that contribute to business growth.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience working directly with lending institutions.
Knowledge of lending insurance products and processes.
Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
Experience supporting title-related transactions or documentation.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience within insurance, lending, financial services, or a related industry.

Preferred Skills:

Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Additional insurance industry experience.
Business development or sales experience.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
Commercial real estate, mortgage, title, or financial services background.
