Print Coordinator

salary: $22.95 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for: 

• Ensure the cost-effectiveness of print runs and assist in obtaining competitive quotes through skillful negotiation with approved vendors.

• Perform data entry and validation within relevant systems.

• Maintain knowledge of monthly global changes within all applicable systems.

• Actively maintain and continually develop knowledge of new products, industry trends, and standards, including current postal regulations and requirements.

• Assist with brainstorming and developing process improvement concepts, implementing them as needed.

• Support Marketing/Product teams 

• Cross-train assigned production staff members as a backup resource.

• Take part in special projects and and assignments as required.

• Prepare special reports and projects as needed.
