For proof, look no further than our strong working relationships and extraordinary workforce. We are looking for a Warehouse Technician for full-time work in the Monaca, PA area. The Warehouse position receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining organized and compliant warehouse processes. Essential Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skillsPrevious warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferredAbility to operate material handling equipment (certification a plus)Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independently when neededForklift certification preferredExperience with barcode scanners and RF devices preferredKnowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes preferredPost offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband PolicyComply with company and client job site safety requirementsMust not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace Functional Requirements:Stores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devices; operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves; reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed; assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color; moves materials and supplies from the warehouse and prepares for delivery; fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or stock items; records material items received or distributed; may maintain inventory records; performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area; receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation; accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools (as applicable); maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks; label, store, and organize materials in designated locations; load and unload trucks safely and efficiently; follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times; maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment; assist with shipping documentation and inventory management systems; report damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly; support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse operations; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction CompensationFinal agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. BenefitsDepending on your employment status, benefits include health, dental, vision, life, ADD, voluntary life / ADD, disability benefits, leaves of absence, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, telehealth access, and employee assistance program. Physical Involvement:May be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reaching in all directions; handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing / sitting; walking; pushing; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting ; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction; typing / data entry; stepstool useTurner Industries Energy Services is an equal employment opportunity employer.
