Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 192

• 26 Physician/APP provider Hospitalist team
• Dedicated Nocturnist
• 24-hr Intensivists onsite presence
• The team is supported by IAC RN to facilitate operations
• Block scheduling
• Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and Emergency Department under one IAC Director

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $116/hour to $170/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a practice-funded 401(k) and USACS ownership stock.

Additional Information SIGNING BONUSES UP TO $20,000 AVAILABLE! USACS Benefits Financial Benefits Equity Ownership :

$100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after 3 years of service
