Quick Lane Service Advisor

At Coughlin Toyota of Heath, we've got more business than we can handle and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our location. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well‑versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. We're one of Central Ohio's fastest‑growing dealer groups, representing 13 brands across 17 locations including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, and more. Responsibilities Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments Write repair orders Act as a liaison between the technician and customer Assist your client through the service process.
