Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Janitorial Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of janitorial services at one of our accounts. This position will work closely with the Account Manager and cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities consistently meet company and customer standards.

Schedule:

Evening Shift —

4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility operations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Account Manager with daily janitorial operations. Help supervise, train, and support cleaning staff. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning quality and customer expectations are met. Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, and coverage. Communicate with employees and management regarding daily operational needs. Assist with inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment. Help address customer requests, concerns, and special service needs. Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards. Assist with new employee orientation and on-the-job training. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Provide support during special projects and additional cleaning services. Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager.

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or a related field preferred. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities. Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work flexible hours when needed. Fluent in both English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
