Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,056 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Germantown, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights, on call

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience .
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• IV start skills required.
• Active Tennessee RN License or Compact (NLC) License required (pending licenses not accepted).
• First-time travelers are not accepted .
• Must be available for rotating weekends as needed.
• Local candidates within a 100-mile radius are not accepted.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application.
• Block scheduling is not available (weekend block may be considered).
