This full-time contract role extends across the entire district, supporting a student body of approximately 3,700 learners. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing therapy services in a school environment preferred
• Proficiency in assessment, development, and implementation of individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Strong rapport-building skills with students, families, and school staff
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to manage a caseload and adapt therapy plans to varied student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to students ages K–12 as determined by their IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct evaluations, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive student support
• Offer recommendations and strategies for classroom and environmental modifications
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Travel between school locations as necessary within the district
