Job Description Position: Speech Language Pathologist - In-House Skilled Nursing Facility FT, PT & PRN Admiral Health & Rehab is under new management! We are now a Vierra Communities property and are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team! - Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current SLP license in MD/VA.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care
- Requires proficiency in technology-driven patient care and HRIS and timekeeping/attendance software.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehab goals.
- Collaborate with other therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
