Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts across all restaurant departments with confidence
- Create and maintain a strong food safety culture, ensuring excellent inspection scores
- Drive top-tier food quality, consistently scoring in the top 20% of Chick-fil-A Quality Metrics
- Collaborate with other leaders to identify and address system updates and operational gaps
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 32 hours per week availability, including all day parts
- Servsafe certification and willingness to learn all restaurant positions
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
