Job Title: Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Stress testing skills (Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress, and nuclear stress testing) Knowledge of EKGs related to stress testing Description: The organization is a prominent healthcare facility known for its commitment to patient safety and quality care. The cardiac rehabilitation unit focuses on providing essential services to patients recovering from cardiac events. Patient ratios in the rehab setting are 1:4, ensuring personalized care. In the stress lab, patients receive one-on-one assessments. Documentation systems utilized include Cerner and Scottcare. The unit operates on a Monday through Friday schedule for stress testing and provides cardiac rehab services on specified days following stress evaluations. Staff are required to adhere to specific dress codes and uniform guidelines. Candidates will work with modern equipment and technology, enhancing patient care.
