Chief of Staff (Operations Leader) Needed in Manhattan Location Park Avenue & 59th Street, New York, NY (In-person position.) The Firm The client is a premier New York City based performance psychology practice working with elite athletes, high-performing individuals, and select high-profile clients across sport, business, and entertainment. The firm is distinguished by its deeply personalized, evidence-based approach to performance optimization and mental conditioning. As the practice continues to scale, it is seeking senior leadership to support its next phase of development. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is able to switch tasks easily, is highly organized, is skilled at closing operational loops with precision, and can keep the office running smoothly day-to-day. The Role Seeking Chief of Staff/Operations Leader who can work in-office (Manhattan). Experience/Education -Experience growing a start-up is ideal.

• -Experience in team, organizational, or other high-performance environments is preferred.
• -Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about, and utilizing, emerging technologies as applicable.
• -Master's Degree preferred.
