We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.Role RoadmapWe are looking for an outlier Growth Engineer to make Kalshi the fastest growing consumer product. You'll be responsible for creating dashboards, charts, widgets, shareables, notifications, recommendation systems, and landing pages that will get people excited to sign up for Kalshi, share it with their friends, or check it regularly to know what's happening in the world. This is a hardcore and hands-on product-engineering role: you will be building some of the primary user experiences on the Kalshi platform.If you love making delightful and sticky products, you love moving fast, and you are excited to bring prediction markets to the world, this role is for you.What You'll DoCreate awe: build delightful product experiences that make our customers go from liking the product to loving it. Make people want to come back to Kalshi and share it with their friendsSimplify and distill: develop user journeys that promote accessibility and turn complicated financial information into elegant, simple, and compelling product flowsRapidly ship experiments and learn from them: apply an experimental and iterative mindset to the building processAnalyzing performance metrics and user feedback: identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationBuild 0-1: many of the things you will build do not exist yet. Templatize: take what works and make it easy for non-engineers to use, so we can double down on what drives growth.Oh…one more! Make Kalshi go viral :)What We're Looking For:Attributes:3+ years of industry experience with strong programming skills and the ability to work across the full stack, emphasis on front-end (React + Typescript).Track-record of building viral applications and a knack for creating moments of delightDeeply in love with your craft, obsessive over design details, and focused on excellence in executionStrong customer intuition and consumer sensibility.
