Key Responsibilities\n- \n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including children, families, and individuals experiencing trauma or substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Connecticut. \n
- A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling with a track record of successful client engagement. \n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on building meaningful therapeutic alliances. \n
