Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 12-Week Assignment | Start Time Flexible Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, End Time 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday with 1 Weekend Shift Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient populations across all inpatient units as well as the Emergency Department
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day, with assignments focused on 1–2 floors per shift
• Utilize basic rehab equipment including portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and hyper lifts
• Document patient care using the Sunrise Allscripts documentation system
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, ST, and a Therapy Director
• Provide care to a diverse patient population with high volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic diagnoses

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License — must be in hand at time of submittal
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Acute Care experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Vestibular experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with Sunrise Allscripts or similar electronic documentation systems
