Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Paid 30-Minute Lunch)

Saturday Coverage: Approximately every other Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $36.00 - $40.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing maintenance team in a high-volume, continuous-run manufacturing environment. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with the goal of converting to a permanent employee. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, adjust, replace, and install plant mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems and components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including roller conveyor systems.
• Maintain and repair gearboxes, motors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and related equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Conduct light welding and fabrication using MIG and Stick welding processes.
• Machine and fabricate replacement parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Lubricate, inspect, and clean equipment and machine components.
• Support maintenance efforts to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience with: Mechanical maintenance and repairs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Gearboxes and motor replacement, 3-Phase / 480V electrical systems, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and conveyor systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• High School Diploma or GED required (verification required).
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, especially during peak production periods and holidays.
• Willingness to work rotating Saturday shifts as needed.

Preferred

• Experience with corrugated machinery or box plant manufacturing equipment.
• PLC troubleshooting knowledge and the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Welding and machining experience.
