The LPN must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. The LPN is an essential member of the healthcare team offering patient care and supporting higher level nurse and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services.Education:LPN Diploma/CertCertification:Virginia or compact multistate LPN license in good standingAll LPN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.Experience:18mos minimum nursing experience in Hospital setting.Med/Surg, IMC experienceKeywords: Talroo-Nursing, LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, Flexi, PRN, Resource PoolWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 - $43.04 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
