NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions.


Hiring Package Details:

• Competitive base salary
• Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution

• 4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks after year 2)
• Partnership after 2 years of employment
• Panoramic equity grant after 2 years of employment with opportunity to buy more
• Quarterly productivity bonuses
• CME annual allowance $2500

• Relocation allowance
• Additional pay opportunity for internal locums

Schedule Details:

• Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care and flexible work-life balance
• Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel
• 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod)
• Typical week consists of: office clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned acute hospital
• Immediate patient base in a thriving community.

Practice Details:

• One of the largest nephrology practices in the North Dallas area
• Well-respected group of collaborative physicians who provide support and mentorship to new nephrologists
• Office locations & practice areas are in safe, diverse, coveted suburbs of North Dallas

Ideal Candidate:

• Motivated, compassionate physician
• BC/BE in nephrology
• Full medical license in Texas
