Responsibilities Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpening sales skills Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience Qualifications Sales experience or a related background is preferred, but not required Comprehensive training provided Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment About Stretch Zone Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time.
