Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• License: Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises.
