Location: Rochester, MN

Compensation: $2163 - $2606 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide exceptional nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience.
Plan, implement, assess, and communicate all aspects of nursing care.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced staff.
Delegate patient care tasks based on skill levels and patient requirements.
Maintain current BLS and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
At least 1 year of recent travel RN experience.
Prior NICU RN experience is essential.
