Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.**JOB OBJECTIVE***Reporting to the Production Manager and working as part of a production team, the individual is responsible for **testing** and **repairing electronic equipment** and boards that are part of our aircraft navigation equipment product portfolio.***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** Perform functional tests of electronic equipment and boards, including digital and RF circuits;* Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies, identifying and correcting faults;* Operate manual and semi-automatic test benches using instruments such as oscilloscopes, frequency meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators;* Interpret and apply wiring diagrams, production documentation, material specifications, and production cycle data in daily activities;* Perform internal and customer-facing system acceptance tests to demonstrate system compliance with specifications, following standard product procedures.**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS*** Education: High school diploma in electronics or higher (required);* Experience: 2 to 5 years in the Electronics Industry in integration and testing experience with RF systems is preferred;* Familiarity with soldering techniques (IPC certification is a plus);* Good knowledge of MS Office;* Soft Skills: o Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;* Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication in an international work environment.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
