Company DescriptionWe are a fast growing Fashion & Apparel consulting technology start up helping companies launch a new business, develop a business, prepare your business for growth or help you relaunch your brand.Most of all, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at the company.Job DescriptionSalary : up to $120,000Work Authorization: US Citizens, Green Card, Working VisaIf you are interested, here is what your role is all about:Being an integral part in nurturing a growing finance and accounting team for a well-funded technology startupYou will handle rigorous month end and year end closing processes, provide guidance to other team members, lead consolidation, review journal entries and ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of key reconciliations under US GAAPEnsure proper and timely completion of tax related filingsManage outside audit and be the primary contact point for external auditorsCoach and mentor other junior team membersQualificationsIf you can accomplish the above, you have got what it takes. Realistically you need to have a CPA with strong Big 4 experience on top of this. You would be great at Quickbooks, NetSuite or any large scale ERP system with good understanding of GAAP.Education: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance Additional InformationI love talking to passionate people.
