The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive the hands‑on development and execution of campaigns to identify, engage, and nurture potential business clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales teams. This position requires a specialized, tactical understanding of B2B marketing channels, including executing inbound demand generation and running strategic outbound outreach programs. This position is essential for generating a steady stream of qualified B2B leads, maintaining the day‑to‑day quality of our critical lead database, and contributing directly to each of our agencies' long‑term business growth by building successful partnerships with corporate clients. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Build, launch, and continuously optimize comprehensive B2B lead generation campaigns encompassing both inbound demand generation (e.g., content marketing, digital advertising) and strategic outbound outreach (e.g., executing targeted account‑based marketing, drafting email sequences, networking, and attending industry events). Database Hygiene: Maintain the integrity, hygiene, and segmentation of the lead database within the CRM and marketing automation tools. Actively clean and update data to maximize campaign effectiveness and report reliability. Lead Nurturing: Qualify leads through detailed needs analysis, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and agency offerings. Set up and run efficient lead nurturing workflows that present creative solutions tailored to complex business needs. Prospecting: Actively prospect, identify, and research decision‑makers and key contacts at potential client companies, ensuring data is accurately logged in the database. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, creative, and account teams to align daily lead generation activities with overall business growth strategies. Tool Operations: Operate CRM and marketing automation tools daily to organize, track, analyze, and optimize B2B lead data for continuous process and campaign improvement. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with B2B industry trends and agency service innovations to adapt outreach messaging to market shifts and client needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of demonstrated, hands‑on success in B2B lead generation or sales roles within a creative agency or similar environment. Proven expertise in executing and tracking both inbound and outbound lead generation programs. Deep, hands‑on experience with CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation platforms, specifically maintaining lead database hygiene and data quality. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, outreach tactics, and relationship development. Analytical skills to interpret market data, pull reports, and optimize active campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for direct business outreach and relationship building. Ability to hit deadlines and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. Ability to comprehend the various positioning, brand promises, and voices of multiple agencies and seamlessly alternate between them when crafting outreach. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting (or standing) at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) via phone, video conferencing, and email. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
