Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Beverly, MA | $85K–$100K+ | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

A well-established inpatient rehabilitation hospital is adding two Physical Therapists to its team. You'll primarily work with patients recovering from stroke and neurological conditions , with an average stay of approximately 14 days .

That means you'll have time to see the impact of your work, adjust treatment as patients progress, and collaborate with other clinicians throughout their recovery.

• Compensation is $40.86–$48.07/hour based on experience, with approximately 3% annual increases.

Build deeper neuro and inpatient rehab experience.

• You'll work with a stroke and neurological population in a setting where PT plays an important role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence.

Actually see your patients progress.

• With an average stay of approximately 14 days, you're able to work with patients across multiple stages of their rehabilitation rather than seeing them for an isolated encounter.

Have clinical support around you.

• You'll work within an established rehabilitation team and report to both a Site Director and Therapy Lead.

Know where you stand quickly.

• The interview process can move fast, with hiring decisions and offers generally made within 24–48 hours after interviewing.

• Interviews are typically on-site, video may be considered, and there may be an opportunity to shadow the team .

What You'll Need

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Massachusetts PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Interest in inpatient rehabilitation and working with neurological patients
• Experienced PTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply
