Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: Up to $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Atlanta, GA . If you have hands-on apartment maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems while providing excellent resident service, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
• Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
