Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of a dedicated bilingual team within our general customer service department. You will support customers by providing timely, accurate assistance and resolving inquiries while using company-specific tools. This role reports to the Team Lead and ultimately to the Customer Service Manager, offering opportunities for career growth and cross-training in other departments. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse customer base.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in both languages to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members
• Enter and update customer data accurately in company systems
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals

 

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency, preferably in Spanish
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Time management and multitasking capabilities
• Accurate data entry skills
