Sr. Assistant Vice President – Patient Access Growth
\n \nRole Overview
\nSenior healthcare growth leader responsible for originating, shaping, and converting Patient Access opportunities across health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large specialty provider organizations.
\nThe role combines Patient Access expertise, client engagement, solutioning, business development, and healthcare transformation .
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Drive Patient Access pipeline, business development, and revenue growth. \n
- Lead client discovery and executive discussions with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Digital, and Technology leaders. \n
- Design integrated people, process, technology, AI, analytics, and governance solutions. \n
- Support proposals, RFPs, presentations, pricing, commercials, and deal closure. \n
- Provide expertise across scheduling, registration, referrals, eligibility, financial clearance, prior authorization, and access-center operations. \n
- Shape AI-enabled solutions using CCaaS, conversational AI, automation, agent assist, analytics, and EHR-integrated workflows . \n
- Build Patient Access offerings, playbooks, solution assets, and market propositions. \n
- Partner across sales, operations, technology, analytics, and delivery teams. \n
- Support transition from sales to implementation and ensure solution commitments are executable. \n
Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- 15+ years of healthcare experience , with significant Patient Access experience. \n
- Strong background in provider operations, consulting, solutioning, transformation, or healthcare sales. \n
- Experience working with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or specialty providers. \n
- Demonstrated success in client pursuits, solution design, revenue growth, and account expansion . \n
- Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills. \n
- Knowledge of Epic/Oracle, Genesys, NICE, Google, Amelia, CCaaS, AI, automation, and digital front-door technologies . \n
- Strong understanding of Patient Access and front-end revenue-cycle operations. \n
