What You'll Do:

Summary/Objective: The Mortgage Servicing Team Member is responsible for ensuring the input, auditing, and maintenance of all mortgage data.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls to address member questions and requests
• Inputting and booking all mortgages on the DCU's servicing platform, quoting and accepting payoffs, and responding to various member servicing inquiries and requests
• Performing file maintenance duties including discharge research and preparation, loan corrections, subordinations, credit disputes, research GL variances, and loss draft processing
• Completing assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicating with members as needed
• Assisting and supporting functions for loan boarding and the preparation of documents for loan sales
• Processing department inbound correspondence received through email, fax, or standard mail
• Performing support functions to ensure all closing and post-closing processes are complete
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s)

What You'll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of mortgage or related experience
